Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and review balance sheet reconciliations 

  • Work with project managers for job forecasting 

  • Regulatory reporting, including tax and insurance reports and compliance  

  • Subcontractor processing 

  • Review and manage pre-liens/lien waivers  

  • Assess and implement accounting process updates and procedures 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction cost accounting experience required, preferably with a medium to large general contractor. 

  • WIP and job costing required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 

  • CPA preferred
