A premier and growing 5-star rated pediatric urgent care center is looking for Full Time & Part Time X-Ray Technicians that can double up as a medical assistant or front desk specialist.

 

Responsible for adjusting X Ray equipment settings and determining proper voltage and exposure; various kinds of x-rays will be required.

Maintaining quality control

 

Answer phones and greet patients

Register and verify insurance for telemedicine and walk in patients

Accept co payments

 

Performs Rapid Tests such as Strep, RSV, Flu & Mono, Strep
Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) and documents same.

Oversee medical supply inventory and expiration dates

Ensure facility is clean and prepared for patients and their families

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience working with children of all ages and up to 21 years old

Minimum education - Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology

Minimum work experience - 1-3 years healthcare experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Current NJ License to perform Diagnostic Radiography

Background Check Mandatory
