Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking two to three skilled and compassionate Stretch Therapists to join our in-studio team. Part time and full time opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques, with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal health and mobility. We emphasize treating clients like family, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their wellness journey. The successful candidate will be adept at applying advanced stretching techniques to address clients' chief complaints, including back pain and other types of discomfort, and making recommendations for assisted stretching plans based on their pain relief goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized stretch therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs in our studio.
  • Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop customized stretching plans to improve flexibility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.
  • Apply advanced stretching techniques to address clients' chief complaints, including back pain and other types of discomfort.
  • Make recommendations for assisted stretching plans based on clients' pain relief goals.
  • Educate clients on proper stretching techniques, benefits, and post-session care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track progress over time.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.
  • Provide a warm, supportive, and professional environment, treating each client like family.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Stretch Therapist, Personal Trainer, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized stretching programs.
  • Expertise in addressing back pain and other types of discomfort through advanced stretching techniques.
  • Compassionate, patient, and client-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
  • CPR and First Aid certification within first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a wellness or fitness setting.
  • Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities such as massage therapy, physical therapy, or yoga.
  • CPR and First Aid certification

Skills:

  • Proficiency in performing hands-on therapy techniques.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members.
  • Ability to address client concerns and adapt sessions to meet individual needs.
  • Ability to efficiently manage session schedules and client appointments.
