Essential Functions: 

The Account Executive will have several key responsibilities in the fulfillment of their duties including:

 

Overall support and assisting the Development department with:

  • Building and maintaining existing business relationships, resolving inquiries, and making sure key client and vendor information and documentation is up to date.
  • Researching, prospecting, and networking for potential business partnering opportunities.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing performance metrics for revenue and compliance in accordance with company values, policies, and priorities.
  • Ability to independently review, effectively interpret, identify, and investigate data patterns and anomalies.

 

Generally responsible for providing support and guidance on the following: 

  • Business development and vendor management by keeping external stakeholders informed and amendable.
  • Data analysis, trend analysis and strategic planning to ensure compliance with company and industry policies and standards.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior exposure with client management within the marketing space including:        

  • 2+ years’ work experience in business development, operations, real estate, procurement, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven management experience is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects.
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Contract administration experience is preferred.
  • Strong strategic, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work and collaborate both independently and as part of a team.

 

Education and Training

The Account Executive typically needs to have a bachelor’s degree in business (mgmt., marketing, sales, or similar focus).
