Position: Sales Specialist – Quickset Coatings and Equipment

Desirable Qualifications

  • Two or four year college degree
  • Trade or technical school training
  • Experience with Quickset Coatings. Primarily polyurethane foam and polyurea.
  • Knowledge of application equipment. Primarily Graco and PMC
  • Bilingual – English, Spanish

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Actively promote company offered products and services within an assigned territory
  •  Make regular sales calls on assigned accounts
  •  Prospect for new liquid and equipment accounts
  •  Perform product demonstrations
  •  Assist customers with liquid or equipment trouble shooting
  •  Participate in product and personal training
  •  Develop a sales plan with management that’s targeted or exceed company forecast
  •  Work within the ICAFe group to develop foam sales and training as required

Secondary Responsibilities

  •  Work with our liquid vendors to negotiate competitive pricing for their products
  •  Support vendor sales initiatives as required
  •  Submit all sales, activity, and expense reports as required
  •  Special projects / assignments as requested by management


Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and past performance), Base plus Commission
