Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Salesforce Scrum Master. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).
The Scrum Master will facilitate the development and implementation of our Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, aimed at tracking our internal sustainability carbon footprint. Additionally, the Scrum Master will oversee the analytics efforts for Office Services, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with software development.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools.
- Ability to coach and guide teams in Agile practices.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and related sustainability tracking tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Assist in updating the roadmap for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to track sustainability metrics effectively; Create a roadmap related to Office Services analytics efforts.
- Lead the Scrum Team in delivering high-quality analytics for Office Services.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint/Capacity Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Help the team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur and help the team to focus on the sprint goals.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy product backlog.
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communications and contribute to the development of external communications regarding the progress of the project.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $84.14/hour to $84.14/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
