Objective: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Marketing Technology team. This pivotal role will focus on developing and refining pricing models across all our brands, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to analyze trends, assess pricing structures, and devise promotional strategies that enhance our market presence and profitability

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for studio services and memberships across all brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration with marketing technology tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and promotions.
  • Utilize statistical analysis, A/B testing, and pricing models to forecast the impact of pricing changes on revenue.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing analytics and recommendations for senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotions, adjusting as necessary to meet changing market and business needs.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional pricing strategies during key market opportunities and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, or a similar strategic role within a marketing or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools; experience with pricing software and marketing technology platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable way.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the fitness industry.
