Overview:

Budget Blinds is the leading window treatment country not only in Georgia but across the United States. The Gwinnett County franchise has been expanding year over year since it's establishment in 2018 and as such we're looking to add to our team. We currently have 2 full time Designers and are looking to add a third in order to promote our Senior Designer to Sales Manager. We are not looking for someone who wants a job, we're looking for someone that wants to build a career

Responsibilities:

  • Work with home and business owners to develop an understanding of their needs and present window treatment solutions to ensure these needs are met.
  • Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
  • Learn everything there is to learn in the window treatment industry and become a top notch professional. 
  • Engage in the company sales of culture of excellence. Strive to hit and exceed sales goals and encourage team mates to do the same. 
  • Develop new business through networking and other lead generation.
  • Take responsibility for the long term satisfaction of all sold clients. Develop multiple stage projects and handle customer service situations.
  • Collaborate with Installation Technicians and Office Administrators to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our clients from initial contact through to the end of the project, and beyond.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
