The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excel in communication, and be proficient in various financial and data management tools.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Forecast sales and expenses to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Sales and Expense Management:
- Set sales quotas and calculate commissions.
- Evaluate promotions and sales exceptions to optimize performance.
- Partner with the sales team to manage budget and expense approvals.
- Business Partnership:
- Analyze risks and opportunities within the sales function.
- Provide clear communication and advice to the sales team to help meet targets.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the head of finance on special projects.
- Drive efficiencies by automating manual tasks and processes.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, and Keynote.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Proven experience in a finance analyst role, preferably in sales finance.
