If you're looking forward to a career performing professional real estate appraisals, this is the ground-level opportunity you're looking for. It is a full time paid program working with a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. You'll receive mentoring and hands-on experience determining the value of residential real estate properties and learn the art of combining extensive data with neighborhood expertise to create accurate and timely valuations. You'll learn to use cutting-edge valuation software and will be trained in streamlined appraisal processes with unparalleled back-end support. This includes assisting your supervising Certified Real Estate Appraiser, compiling data, traveling to appraisal locations and writing appraisal reports using state of the art software.
