Responsibilities & Duties • Manage and respond for the administration of engineering processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources in order to meet through robust processes focused on safety, quality and productivity at the lowest possible cost.

• Manage, plan and monitor the development of new processes and improvement of current processes, in accordance with internal procedures and customer standards, assessing potential impacts and returns and facilitating their implementation.

• Ensure the updating of the technical documentation of products and processes with consequent critical analyzes.

• To be responsible for updating and controlling the structure of products, new or in use, in order to guarantee the reliability of information and the proper functioning of material schedules and applications in the production process.

• Respond for the elaboration, control and updating of the FMEA (Analysis of Failure Modes and their Effects) for new products and current products.

• Monitor the process of building tooling and devices for products under development and modifications, ensuring the necessary information and support to suppliers or internal teams. • Manage the definition of the ideal method plan for the budgeting of new products and processes, with regard to product structure, labor and internal structure and others, as well as and the probable process simulations with respective feasibility analyzes.

• Monitor and provide support in the budgeting process until its conclusion through the feasibility analysis, aiming at the consistency of the proposals and the numbers presented.

• Ensure technical support in the definition and evaluation of tooling and device suppliers.

• Ensure the implementation of the Control Plan system, according to customer specifications.

• Represent the company in technical meetings with customers and provide technical support to other sectors of the Company, when necessary.

• Ensure the management of continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen and MUD), implemented in the factory processes.

• Manage and direct the activities of the team, guiding those responsible for the sectors, supporting and seeking the means to ensure the achievement of results.

• Guarantee the management of investment proposals, advising the requesting areas in their preparation, monitoring the implementation and release of payments in cases of their responsibility.

• Respond for compliance with the product's safety characteristics identified in the customer's specifications.

• Stimulate the constant search for innovations and technological evolutions for the processes, equipment, layouts, skills and structure that sustains the company's competitiveness.

• Ensure the implementation of reports and indicators in the area, monitoring and analyzing results, in order to ensure compliance with the necessary procedures, goals, and corrective actions.

• Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company. • Ensure compliance with the legislation, as well as the Company's institutional rules and policies, with suppliers and external bodies, ensuring due ethical behavior in the relationship with business partners, as well as compliance with established standards, and ensuring the company's equity Company.

Knowledge, Skills (Essential) General - High level of leadership, teamwork and management skills; - IT Knowledge in terms of Word, Excel, Internet e Electronic Mail.

- Understanding and hands on experience of manufacturing operations in tooling, stamping, and/or welded assembly environment. - High knowledge of manufacturing concepts, analysis, techniques, principles and practices (FMEA, PM Systems, tooling, material flow, pull systems etc.).

Experience & Others • 5 years of manufacturing related experience with hands on operational knowledge (preferably two (3) years practical experience in automotive industry manufacturing environment) ;
