Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models to bolster business forecasting and planning.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to recommend actions for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • High degree of dependability and reliability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA
