About WPPO LLC: WPPO LLC is a leading provider of high-quality wood-fired pizza ovens, accessories, and related products. Our mission is to bring the joy of authentic, wood-fired cooking to homes and businesses. As we expand, we are excited to open our new warehouse store and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Person to join our team, focusing on both in-house sales and outside sales to other stores in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Person to drive both in-house and outside sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires travel within Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois to build and maintain relationships with other stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the warehouse store.
  • Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all WPPO LLC products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing products.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Travel within Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois to promote and sell WPPO LLC products to other stores.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store owners and managers to expand product distribution.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential business clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or outside sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product details.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
