Enrollment Specialist-Early Childhood Education

Amazing Kidz Academy is seeking a dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping families to secure a quality childcare/preschool program this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

· Assist families in completing enrollment applications

· Verifying and collecting required enrollment documents from families

· Set up new child enrollment files and ensure compliance with DHS code 3270

· Some travel between centers to assist families and center directors with the enrollment process

· Schedule, plan and attend enrollment events company wide

· Support Center Directors in recruiting new enrollment for their centers

· Assist families in referrals and special supports that a child may require once enrolled

· Complete weekly enrollment and recruiting reports for management

· Plan and attend enrollment open houses company wide

· Attend staff meetings as required

Skills:

· Experience in the early childcare field/childcare center

· Basic knowledge of the enrollment process

· Familiarity with PHLPreK, PreK Counts, Head Start and Early Head Start programs

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   Must be bi-lingual-Spanish-able to speak, read and write 

· Strong organizational skills

· Working knowledge of technology; Microsoft Office and Google

· Familiarity with Sharepoint a plus

Experience:

· HS Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred

· 1 year experience in a childcare setting

Salary:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
