Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Conduct sales activities including upselling when appropriate

Experience:
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION -

1. Out of Stock Orders - Process orders. Create all shipping documents for these orders. Inform customer of earliest ship date. Cross trained to process orders for Drop Ships. Double checking quotes to confirm QB is reflecting proper information, sending over codes for Sales Support to update Quote. Log all lost orders.

2. Coordinate Direct Shipments – Cut POs to fulfill orders. Create paperwork for shipment dependent on Vendor needs. Arrange carriers when needed. Keep customers informed of ship dates, prices, and issues with orders. Keep Sales Representative informed of confirmed ship dates when asked. Confirming Shipments were picked up from Production WHS to build paperwork for billing. Create COA’s and send them to customers based on special instructions. Create and send Sales Confirmations once Vendors have given a definite ship day. Double checking quotes to confirm QB is reflecting proper information, sending over codes for Sales Support to update quote. Confirm cost from Vendor matches our System.

3. Tracing Backup –Trace shipments, handle issues as they arise. Provide follow-up emails to inform customers of delays on shipment.

4. Customer Maintenance – Review New Customer Form and add new customer accounts into QuickBooks and check Salesforce

5. Daily Open Sales Order by Customer Lot Allocation Report – Process for manufacturing and inform correct Departments of what needs to be cleared and ready to ship the following 3 days. Allocate inventory that is in the system and connect with customer service on changes for physical paperwork.
