We are hiring an Attorney - Transactional and Real Estate Attorney with a required 3-5 years of experience in transactional and real estate practice. Candidate must have experience in transactions both from business and real estate perspective, as well as exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prepare Corporate documents, Partnership Agreements, real estate transactional documents
  • Provide instructions to lenders and title companies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Prepare licensing agreements, Master Services Agreements, General Business Agreements, General Corporate documents and Non-competes
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

  • Previous experience in law
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
