Location: Ham Lake, MN

 

Wage: $20 - $24/hr.

 

Hours: 3 pm – 1 am, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the CNC machinist trainee:

  • Set up and operate saws, as well as operate CNC Mills
  • Interpret and work from blueprints
  • Load and unload parts from machining centers
  • Utilize precision measurement tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Gauge Pins
  • Operate saws and various shop equipment

 

Requirements of the machinist trainee:

  • Operate CNC Mills and Lathes and saws
  • Adjust equipment and debur products as needed
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Machine Operation and Saw Operation
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing and saw operation
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
  • Satisfactory pre-employment background check
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to undergo training on 1st Shift
