Key Points:
- Salary ranges from $120-155k (can go 10k or more higher for the right person) depending on experience; plus bonus paid out twice-annually, and 4% 401k matching
- Remote and /or hybrid: Seeking candidates primarily from Denver or elsewhere in Colorado for remote and/or hybrid positions. Ideal preference is 1-2 days onsite, but flexible based on individual circumstances.
- Only seeking candidates open to full-time, direct-hire, salaried positions.
- Experience with Financial Cloud, Vlocity, OmniScripts, or OmniStudio is a major plus
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop intuitive, scalable applications addressing real business challenges.
- Create easily maintainable and highly testable software solutions.
- Contribute to agile development practices and ceremonies.
- Implement Salesforce integrations with APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability through unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Construct lightning web components and custom triggers.
- Drive continuous improvement in application design and support.
- Analyze business requirements for system changes.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Join Our Team if You Have:
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce software engineering.
- Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow and Validation Rules.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques.
- Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Considerable experience in coding and maintaining apex classes and triggers.
- Strong unit testing skills.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and/or JavaScript frameworks.
- Stable internet connection meeting specified speed requirements.
Nice to have education/certificates, but NOT required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
