Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Job Overview:

As a termite inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for the presence of termites, termite damage, and other wood-destroying organisms. Communicating the findings by providing a report and clear communication with the customer, as well as providing advice and recommendations for treatment and repairs..

Job Description:

Conduct a thorough inspection of a residential or commercial building to determine the presence of termites and other wood-destroying organisms. This includes crawl spaces, basements, attics, interior and exterior of the buildings if accessible.

Assess the severity of the termite infestation and the damage to the structure.

Document the findings and recommendations from the inspection using the TermiteKiosk program.

Communicate the findings and recommendations to the customer and/or real estate agents clearly and professionally.

Collaborate with the crew/colleagues to develop treatment plans and coordinate service appointments.

Communicate with the work crew for quotes for damage repair and reconstructions.

Maintain company equipment and property clean at all times.

Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to termite control and prevention.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines for personal safety and the safety of others.  

Properly handle the chemical equipment during treatment according to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Branch III license

2 years of termite inspector experience

Valid driver's license

Good driving record

Pass background check

Able to lift up to 50lbs, climb and work with ladders, and crawl small spaces.

Excellent customer service: answering customer's questions and addressing their concerns.

Excellent communication skills: communication with the customer by providing the findings and treatment options.

Clear communication with colleagues to provide efficient services to customers.
