We are a residential general contracting company located in Burlington, MA. We work with renovations, restorations, rehabs and repairs of all kinds on our clients' homes. This includes kitchen, bath renovations, exterior restorations, porch building & repairs, and much more. Our clients rely on us for projects to be on time and on budget. Over the past 15+ years in business, we have seen tremendous growth with our skilled team of field employees as well as our administrative staff. We are looking to add another skilled member to our office team. This position is for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR. The position relies heavily on QuickBooks, meticulous attention to detail, and customer service skills. It offers the chance to advance skill development and part-time offering a unique work life balance. You will be trained in the processes we use. You will become well acquainted with our team of highly skilled & professional project managers and office staff, creating an opportunity to build a professional network.

The qualifications for this job are:

- Technology proficient: e-mail, texting, smartphone use, computer

- Data entry of receipts and bills into QB

- Organize & manage paying vendor/subcontractor bills

- Track COI’s for subcontractors

- File all paperwork in a timely/efficient manner

- Order/Maintain office supplies

- Ad Hoc assignments as requested

- Goal driven & self-motivating

- Positive & professional attitude
- Pay will vary based on experience and how much training is required.
