We are a smaller CNC Machining/Custom Manufacturing job shop, providing a variety of industries with the following services: CNC Machining, Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Punching, Welding, Braking/Forming, Turning. We take pride in ensuring the customer’s goals are met with each and every order. With a clear vision and growing range of capabilities, we look to build onto a reputation of quality production and customer satisfaction.

We are happy to announce that we are looking to hire for the following positions:

  1. Welder (Any level of exp.)
  2. Fabricator (5 years of exp. preferred; Any experience/skills are open to discussion)
  3. CNC Machinist (At least 1 year experience; 3+ years preferred)
  4. Machine Operator/Production Team

Below are job descriptions and responsibilities. If you feel that you can play a role on our team, feel free to apply. Experience is preferred, but we can work with a good attitude, work ethic, effort, coachability, and being consistently on time.

  • Welder ($15-$25/hr based on experience and skills)
    • Perform welding tasks using various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
    • Measure and cut metal pieces to precise specifications.
    • Assemble, weld, and fabricate production metal parts and components.
    • Assemble, weld, and fabricate custom structures and components.
    • Use a grinder/polishing tools to clean welds and parts.
    • Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Lead Fabricator ($15-$30/hr based on experience and skills)
    • Perform welding tasks using various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches; Cut, Form and/or Fabricate structures and parts according to print dimensions
    • Measure and cut metal pieces to precise specifications.
    • Assemble, weld, and fabricate production metal parts and components.
    • Assemble, weld, and fabricate custom structures and components.
    • Use a grinder/polishing tools to clean welds and parts.
    • Use a press brake to form/bend material to precise dimensions
    • Develop a working procedure for the job, material requirements, and other equipment required.
    • Proficient knowledge and experience of metalworking
    • Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
    • Lead/Train a team of 1-2 welders to complete project efficiently with superior quality of work.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
    • Proven experience as a welder and fabricator
    • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

  • CNC Machinist ($15-$26/hr based on skills and experience)

    • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, CAD drawings specifications to determine the best order of machining operations required
    • Set up and prepare CNC machines, including loading and securing materials, tools, fixtures and update tooling
    • Program, edit, and optimize CNC machine code using CAD/CAM software and or manual programming (Fusion 360 preferred)
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
    • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
    • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, drills, and fixtures for each job
    • Perform precision machining operations such as, but not limited to turning, milling, drilling and tapping
    • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring tools and gauges
    • Make necessary adjustments to maintain product conformance and meet tight tolerances
    • Collaborate with production teams to develop and improve machining processes
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Degree/Certification preferred; proficient work experience in programming/machining required

  • Production Team/Machine Operator ($10-$15/hr)

    • Can be trained and developed on the job.

    • Operate production equipment such as turret punch, HAAS CNC Milling Machine, Press Brake, Laser Cutter

    • Use Grinder/Polishing tools to clean parts before/after machining

    • Use forklift to load material in to inventory racks or onto machines as needed

    • Palletize parts and finalize for shipping

    • Other duties as needed

    • Can be developed into CNC Machinist/Set Up within 2-3 years if desire is to advance in the field.
