About Us:
We are a local, family owned brewery in our 18th year in business Our food is made from scratch using local ingredients as well as our beer. Our entire kitchen staff works to ensure that only picture perfect food and drink are delivered to each guest. Our menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, mac and cheese, and burgers.
We offer a safe, supportive work environment and provide endless opportunity for our team members to learn, grow and succeed in their roles. We host frequent events that provide autonomy to our kitchen crew to develop recipes and execute dishes they are passionate about. There are also daily opportunities to create in our kitchen

Hours of Operation:
Tue, Wed, Thu 3-9pm (kitchen last call is 8:30)
Fri & Sat 11am-11pm (kitchen last call is 10:00)
Sun & Mon closed but we do rent out the pub for special events so there is opportunity to pick up additional hours
We're looking for part time and full time cooks. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
-Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
