NextStep Recruiting is in search of an AR Specialist for a client located in Irving. This is a contract-to-hire engagement, and our client is looking to hire and start immediately

The AR Specialist will wear several hats by providing:

  • Accounting support with sales order entry, credit card processing, account reconciliation, and assisting with the month-end close with journal entries and research
  • Process credit memos, return authorizations, and manage credit card accounts
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands-on relative experience in AR
  • Advanced knowledge in utilizing MS Office Suite, Great Plains, or Dynamics AX is highly preferred
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment
