About the role:
The Client EN4 Member Shopping Experience team is looking for a smart, highly organized, and results-oriented coordinator with a passion for audiobook content and digital marketing to help members discover their next great listen within our App, Desktop, and Mobile Web platforms. This role will focus on providing visibility and operational support for our Client Original content and priority third-party releases while driving revenue and optimizing the content discovery experience. You will play an active, hands-on part in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of content initiatives across Client surfaces. This work will require extensive collaboration and coordination with cross-functional partners on content marketing and editorial teams. The right fit for this role will have strong relationship building skills and enjoys partnering with others. This role may also involve limited A/B testing of merchandising strategies and the subsequent reporting of that testing across multiple teams of stakeholders. Finally, this role will support these efforts across the EN4 Markets (US, Canada, UK, and Australia[CW1] ) and will require occasional availability to work outside standard working hours (i.e. 9am-5pm US EST) to accommodate coordination with partners in the UK and AU time-zones. The right candidate will demonstrate experience managing and optimizing a high volume of digital campaigns, a track record of goal achievement, tireless attention to detail, and a knack for partnering effectively with other teams.


Responsibilities include:
  • Manage merchandising of Content Marketing and Editorial initiatives in the member shopping experience in the EN4 Markets, including priority single-title releases, thematic campaigns, and editorial curations
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and scalable systems for organizing and tracking high volume of campaigns and all deliverables
  • Schedule content through our CMS across key discovery touchpoints on Client surfaces and provide technical support for partner teams that co-manage member experiences using CMS
  • Support testing to optimize and improve our content discovery and engagement KPIs
  • Manage highly visible, customer-facing launches of key titles and campaigns
  • Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, report on results, and drive innovation
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional partners globally to ensure new features and campaigns are efficiently introduced to the customer experience.
  • Track and report on Content Marketing and Editorial campaign merchandising performance

Basic Qualifications
  • Very strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and move quickly and proactively to deliver results
  • Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics
  • Proven ability to independently solve problems and seek creative solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools
  • Solid understanding of Web Page development/ Content Management systems
  • Experience with HTML, XML, JSON
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders
  • Experience a/b testing on app, web, or email surfaces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets
