We are seeking an attentive, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing patient appointments, ensuring seamless service delivery within a med-legal workers' compensation environment.
- Scheduling medical evaluations and requesting documents for injured workers involved in workers' compensation cases.
- Collecting relevant case details and medical records from attorneys and other involved parties to prepare for medical evaluations.
- Handling appointments, rescheduling requests, and communicating regarding changes in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation, knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office software, the capability to resolve scheduling conflicts, and accommodate rescheduling requests while employing effective time managing skills and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience scheduling, especially med-legal/QME scheduling.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Experience, especially in communication, writing, business, or marketing.
- High-volume call center experience.
- Knowledge regarding the workers' compensation industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $23.00 per hour
