We are currently hiring for: Accounts Receivable Associate

 

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, sending invoices to customers, and providing accounting support to the finance department.

 

Responsibilities:

· Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable system.

· Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment posting.

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes with customers regarding payments, this position handles all collections.

· Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely fashion.

· Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.

· Prepare and maintain documentation for customer accounts and transactions.

· Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.

· Provide support for audits and financial analysis as needed.

· Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts receivable procedure.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

· Experience with collections and credit management is a plus.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

· Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
