Revenue Clerk Job Details:

  • Audit, identify, approve, and tag all required documents
  • Analyze and distribute revenue to participating parties based on established policies and generate freight bills for individual shipments.
  • Communicate with agents, drivers, and corporate employees to resolve discrepancies or lack of documentation prior to processing order files.
  • Accurately input appropriate charges in the computer to be billed and distribute revenue to the order participants promptly.
  • Reviews paperwork for proper substantiation of services identified on freight bill/invoice, downloading documentation and prepare freight bill/invoice for mailing to customer or entry in account billing systems.
  • Meet deadlines and set priorities when paying agent and driver partners and requirements based on national account contracts.
  • Work with order images of shipping documents to determine compliance of regulatory requirements.

Revenue Assistant Job Details:

  • Accurately identify, scan, upload, enter, and count uploaded drivers’ paperwork, then tag and manage document visibility
  • Upload documents into order images to expedite audit processes
  • Quickly and accurately review and approve documents into appropriate backlogs.
  • Contact hauling and traffic dispatch regarding system updates to properly enter paperwork and route to correct backlogs.
  • Complete late paperwork reports to monitor unreceived paperwork from hauling agents after delivery.
  • Prepare and send billing bundles to interline carriers and national accounts per guidelines.
  • Assist with basic audits by accurately entering charges and distributing revenue in the processing system.
  • Communicate with agents, drivers, and corporate employees to resolve paperwork issues and missing system updates.

This hybrid job involves both in-office and remote work with phone and heavy email volume. Remote and in-person work is scheduled for designated days.
