Job Description:

Truck and Retail Team member is a very important role at Beck’s Shoes. This position is Selling and fitting on our shoe truck as well as warehouse Team Member. This person will be a subject matter expert in providing the Beck’s Shoes premium Shoe fitting consumer experience to our industrial accounts, as well as a support mechanism in the warehouse and re-stocking pairs of footwear sold off the truck. You must be able to maintain and perform the expectations of a warehouse team member as well as roll out the red-carpet consumer experience to the employees of our accounts that we fit and sell safety shoes to. This person must have a flexible schedule (on site truck selling days can be at all hours) and demonstrate excellent awareness of the truck and its inventory. Beck’s Shoes truck specialists are to communicate any technical or mechanical issues via the Fleet Maintenance log as well as be intimate with the truck operations guidelines. Teamwork is a must to be successful, and family feel, and a positive culture is needed to ensure all involved can be successful.
