Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct daily Accounts Receivable collection calls and communications
  • Provide Account Manager/Customer Service for defined territory
  • Trouble shoot and solve customer account issues
  • Process customer payments timely and accurately
  • Enhance and create processes for productive and efficient workflows
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to work efficiently alone, or with a team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business preferred; not required
  • Three to five years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Account Management experience required.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks regarding customer accounts with attention to detail
  • General understanding of Account Receivable billing, collection, and payment processes
  • Familiarity with Collection Laws, Insurance claims, Bankruptcy, and Lien Rights
  • Proficiency in Excel, Accounting Software, and Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
