About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager (Spanish/English) for our 730-unit community in Crest Hill, IL. Join our dedicated team and contribute to an employee-focused company known for excellence in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing plans, oversee leasing staff, and ensure goals are met.
  • Resident Relations: Organize resident events, maintain positive resident interactions, and handle move-ins and move-outs.
  • Property Maintenance: Monitor upkeep of vacant units, ensure compliance with standards, and assist with routine property maintenance.
  • Legal & Financial: Manage rent collections, legal notices, and support the accounting team as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and lead the leasing team to provide superior customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong knowledge of property management and Fair Housing laws
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
