We are currently seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and support our mission by managing submissions, renewals, and administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy.

Job Description:

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, acting as a liaison between our agency, our partners, and insurance carriers. Your primary responsibilities will include compiling and submitting insurance applications to specific carriers, managing annual policy renewals, and providing various clerical and administrative support duties. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards with the best part of Nuptial, our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and submit insurance applications to designated carriers.
- Manage and process annual policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of submissions and renewals.
- Assist in various clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and client communication.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Possession of all relevant insurance licenses.
- Strong understanding of risk management principals outside of insurance products, underwriting processes, and carrier submission requirements.
- Proficient in using insurance software and GSuite (Sheets, Docs, GMail).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-focused, self-motivated, diligent, honest, and trustworthy.
