This Role:

  • Request and document vendor agreements and insurance

  • Basic accounting experience to be able to create proposals and invoices
  • Input work order into Protech’s software and ensure all information is accurate
  • Dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendor
  • Document notes and data in Protech’s software
  • Ownership of assigned work orders through completion
  • Communicate with site managers and ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Proactively source and vet vendors in multiple locations and trades
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends, on a rotating schedule, to receive and dispatch work orders
  • Able to maintain customary administrative order of office and systems
