PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Property Manager for 5 properties located in Hawthorne- totaling 110 units.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Rent collections
  • Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
  • Marketing and leasing vacant units
  • Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel
  • Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Requirements Include:

  • Must have 2-4 years property management experience
  • Yardi Voyager experience a must
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff
  • Experience overseeing vendors
  • Proficient with computers
  • Proven ability to market; lease apartments
  • Must live on-site
  • Must have a valid Driver License and evidence of auto insurance .
  • A background, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Compensation Includes:

  • $19.00-$23.00 per hour
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment valued at $1825 per month for free, a total compensation package valued at more than $65k per year.
