We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Client Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service, with specific experience in managing customer inquiries and orders on E-commerce platforms. As an integral part of our e-commerce operations, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage product reviews and ratings on all E-Commerce platforms, addressing any issues or negative feedback proactively.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, promotions, and campaigns to customers.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service, with a focus on E-commerce a must.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, to manage orders, listings, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
  • Inside sales experience a plus
