Title: Marketing Manager – Front Store Seasonal Marketing

Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $40.75/hr

 

Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C

 

The Marketing Manager – Front Store Seasonal Marketing, will provide account management support for increased scope of work on our Front Store Marketing Team. Job responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day management of advertising and marketing communications programs on behalf of our Marketing Strategy partners; campaigns include all holidays & seasonal events (Valentine's Day, Easter, Summer, Halloween, and Holiday); campaigns will encompass paid and owned assets, including display, SMS, email, digital, and social
  • Building strong relationships throughout Marketing Strategy and external ad agencies, establishing yourself as key resource and partner regarding brief development and project management
  • Setting priorities, staying on top of all deadlines and creative reviews/brief due dates, and assuming a leadership role for assigned projects, including developing Go-to-Market plans comprehensive of all marketing launches
  • Overseeing management of master product lists and acting as liaison with merchandising to ensure detailed information is populated in a timely manner
  • Supporting and assisting with various elements of operations across traditional, digital, and social spaces
  • Serving as an expert of the business, knowing seasonal merchandise, the target audience, and the competitive landscape in order to support the team and contribute to strategy development

Position Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience; creative agency or retail marketing B2C experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with experience in one or more sub-disciplines, such as email marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising, agency management, and/or consulting experience
  • Experience with integrated paid and owned channels
  • An understanding of social media platforms, digital environments, and experience with production and content development
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, prioritizing and communicating effectively across integrated teams, problem-solving in a dynamic environment
  • A passion for the customer, an innovative mindset, and the ability to provide recommendations based on insights
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative team player
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
