Commission: 30% of all website sales

 

Bonus Structure:

• $25 per hot lead for 2 website closes per month

• $50 per hot lead for 4 website closes per month

• $75 per hot lead for anything above 5 website closes per month

 

Job Description:

We are a dynamic startup seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by identifying and converting hot leads into clients. If you have a knack for sales, excellent phone skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed online, we want to hear from you

 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, Google Maps research, and business lookups, and more.

• Engage with prospects over the phone to understand their needs and qualify them as hot leads.

• Hand off qualified leads to our sales team for closing deals.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in selling websites or digital products/services.

• Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen actively to client needs.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Additional Information:

• This is an outside sales position, and you will be the second sales person in the company.

• You will not be closing deals, but will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads.

• The role involves significant cold calling and research using tools like Google Maps and business directories.

Your First Month:

Your first month at Odins3 will be compensated based on the Hot Leads you provide and getting started with our systems. Succeeding at Odins3 will be 9-10 Hot Leads, which provides 2-4 closed deals. We have a streamlined closing process which pays you upfront, no need to wait 3 months for the website to be completed, we’ll deal with that. A successful sales rep at Odins3 in the first month takes home $4,000 closing 1-2 website deals.

 

Your Future at Odins3:

Closing 3 websites per month for two months in a row gets you a full time position at $70,000 per year base salary + commission. It’s as easy as that.
