Job Description
As a Health and Wellness Ambassador, you are a Fit and Thrive brand ambassador. You are passionate about health and fitness, exciting others by encouraging their potential. You are the expert on all offerings , and programs. You’re responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current parients, ensuring they’re maximizing their Fit and Thrive experience.
The mission of the Health and Wellness Ambassador is to drive the growth of the clinic through development and nurturing of successful client relationships.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Health and Wellness Ambassadors work over the weekend and are responsible for attracting and advising potential patients and giving overview of our services and their benefits (testosterone, semaglutides and vitamins) by focusing on strategic outreach, distributing flyers, sidewalk lead generation, and securing patient sales. Health and Wellness Ambassador must display knowledge of all our offerings and products and have a passion for health and wellness. Above all, Ambassadors have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current patients in order to build a strong referral base and attract and retain patients. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about health and fitness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for attracting new patients, offering an overview of our services and onboarding new patients
- Prospect new patients
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals
- Conduct patient acquisition activities such as sidewalk sales, distributing flyers and identifying potential patients at key events
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current patients
- The Ambassador must have knowledge of all the clinic's offerings
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required
- Health and Fitness background strongly preferred (e.g., gym membership sales, personal trainer, medspa experience)
- Experience with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocols and semaglutides is a major plus
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a hustler
- Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Strong time management skills and practices
- MUST be able to work weekends especially during late evenings
- Must be able to work legally in the US
- Must have a driving license
AS A MEMBER OF THE FIT AND THRIVE TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Pay Transparency: $20 Hourly + commission based on reaching sales targets
- One month complimentary Equinox membership (one month)
- May be converted into a full-time role
