The primary focus of this role will be to manage and execute our CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series, with a strong emphasis on project management and delivering exceptional results.

 

**Responsibilities: **

 

- Own the entire CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series process from concept to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes

- Manage event project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series are well-planned and executed

- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation for the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series

- Create and manage event content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing collateral for the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series

- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up for the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series

- Analyze event metrics and provide detailed reports on CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series performance and ROI

- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and marketing team for all CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series-related activities

- Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts to promote the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series and engage with potential attendees

- Coordinate and manage all outsourced vendors related to the CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series marketing projects

 

**Qualifications: **

 

- Proven Project Management Expertise.

- Bachelor's degree and/or marketing experience and/or event management

- Proven experience in event project management and execution

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in using event management software and tools

- Strong social media skills, particularly with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Navigator

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Active Campaign and NetSuite

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- U.S. Citizenship required

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events in the IT security, technology, or B2B industries. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver exceptional results.

 

As the Executive Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our CXO Executive Mastermind Event Series and contributing to the overall growth of RedZone.
