As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in the EST or CST time zones, and requires a commitment through the end of the year.
The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleIn this position, you will:
- Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various corporate functions, including Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Process Improvement, and Senior Leadership roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data.
- Influence and showcase company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies.
- Drive operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND three (3) years of recruitment experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of recruitment experience
- Experience:
- Three (3) years of corporate function recruiting experience (Corporate, Agency, and/or RPO) in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Experience using Workday for recruiting.
- Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels.
- Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Five (5) years of experience sourcing and recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Process Improvement, and Senior Leadership.
- Stakeholder management and engagement.
- Understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices, and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and Affirmative Action.
- Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires.
