Job DescriptionJob Description

Clear Staff is helping a client who is looking for a warehouse associate in the 1st shift in the Willowbrook area. 

Payrate :$20.00/hr.

Hours: 6:30 to 3pm....(6:00am-4pm when OT is required due to production)  

Skills:

  • Being able lift 40lbs+
  • cross training in shipping, returns, picking and packing
  • Fast learner on warehouse management systems
  • Having a basic understanding of math for inventory and reports
  • Working well under pressure and in team environments
  • Being comfortable communicating with new people and supervisors
  • Thinking on your feet and responding quickly if problems arise
  •  Detail-oriented and accuracy
  • Processing returns and verifying  customer information
  • Uses basic computer skills to locate customer accounts and orders and update data

Besides these skills, some (but not all) employers may require other qualifications, such as:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Some past experience working in a warehouse 
  • Spanish speaking is a PLUS+
  • Sit-down Forklift experience.
