The Opportunity

Qualified candidates for the Sales Team Supervisor position will have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience and at least 3 years of sales experience in a highly competitive fast-paced atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of roofing Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.

  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development opportunities in and outside of the field.

  • Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

  • Assist sales meetings, review pipelines, and sales performance.

  • Interview potential Sales Representatives and build a high performing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of strong direct roofing sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience managing a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.

Compensation:

  • Uncapped commission

  • Typical Project Commissions approx $1,500/proj. Typical 1st-year sales: 100+ projects, 2nd year 150-200 projects
