WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

A requirement of employment is to join Plumbers Local Union 3. Wage rate, healthcare benefits, and retirement are received through Local 3. Wages are up to $45.48/hr based on experience/licensure.

The average wage for Bell's Plumbing Install Technicians is $100,000/yr (hourly rate + overtime)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and pipes and re-pipe water, air, and gas systems.
  • Cut, weld, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Complete installations that are functional and meet or exceed current plumbing codes.
  • Inspect and test to ensure that new systems work efficiently to fulfill Bell’s customers’ satisfaction, safety, and comfort.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a minimum of four years of plumbing installation experience
  • Technologically proficient
  • Great communicator with commitment and passion for learning
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening*
  • Clean motor vehicle record
