Our company is a powerhouse team focused on providing exceptional outdoor living spaces for our clients to better their lives and build stronger relationships. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our rock-star team with the goal of increasing authority for our flagship company and cultivating relationships in our current advertising markets.

Here is what winning looks like in this role:

  • Maintain a high quality customer experience from start to finish
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Input customer data into company software for the office to follow up with
  • Develop relationships with subcontractors
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
