General Description: Team Members are responsible for serving Mr. Pickle’s guests excellent sandwiches in a fast, friendly, and helpful manner, completing specific job tasks, and maintaining a clean and efficient Sandwich Shop.
Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the Shop’s Manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop, including providing great guest service, making excellent sandwiches, and coaching others to do the same. Team Leaders assist in employee training/development, controlling costs, and maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and compliance of the sandwich shop.
Pay and Benefits
- Wage range from $20/hr to $25/hr

- Preparing and serving guests excellent sandwiches in a fast and friendly manner

- Prepare products according to recipes
- Slicing meats and cheeses
- Cashier duties
- Opening and/or closing the shop
- Memorize product recipes
