WMS Specialist

The WMS Implementation & Support Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and ongoing support of our Warehouse Management System B2C for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and system optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2C WMS implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong technical proficiency in WMS software
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and onsite support (if applicable).
