Responsibilities

-Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Check guests in and out using our reservation system

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

-Provide information

-Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction


Skills

Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred

- Proficiency in using computer systems for medical scheduling

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities -

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
