Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Home Health Aide (Homemakers and Attendants) to become a part of our team You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility. CNAs preferred but we will train. We are in need of workers in the morning, mid to late afternoon and on weekends. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status 
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, cooking, cleaning, taking to medical appointments
  • Must maintain confidentiality of client information and company

Qualifications:

  • Experience in home health or other related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and great time management skills

This is a part time, per diem (as needed) role. Must be able to work all hours assigned.
