As a Retail Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within our retail partner network. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to review performance metrics, discuss opportunities, and address any issues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortment.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales performance.
- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with retail partners to maximize profitability and achieve mutual objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners at various levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retail partners and attend industry events.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
