We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
Licensed Clinical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly/monthly with assigned clients in either group, individual, joint, or family sessions.
- Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.
- Complete clinical notes and other paperwork as required.
- Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other client treatment team members.
- Uphold with high regard the confidentiality of clients, and follow all HIPPA guidelines.
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients whenever possible.
- Check e-mail throughout the day and respond as appropriate.
- Attend monthly team meetings (one hour).
- Attend supervision meetings as required according to the level of licensure. (Individual and group are required)
Licensed Therapist Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Licensed in the State of Maryland as a Counselor ( LCPC), Social Worker (LCSWC)
- Reliable transportation & a Valid Drivers License.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- You must be able to pass a Criminal Background screening.
Licensed Therapist Experience
- Adept in the electronic clinical record.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable in Mental Health Diagnosis.
- Teletherapy
- Ability to establish on schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

We are currently utilizing a hybrid model for seeing clients. We have Telehealth sessions and in-person sessions depending on the needs of the client.
