Orange County Property Management Company is seeking a skilled Commercial Accountant to manage multiple sets of books. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting experience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Yardi software is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow activities and forecast future cash needs.
  • Complete data entry and prepare month-end financial statements using Yardi software, adhering to firm deadlines.
  • Perform common area reconciliation and project analysis at the retail level.
  • Review A/R entries and analyze tenant ledgers accurately.
  • Process a high volume of A/P timely each month, ensuring thorough vendor statement reconciliation and handling past-due invoices.
  • Handle multiple sets of books efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet month-end deadlines.
  • Associate degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
  • Experience in property management and Yardi software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will liaise with different teams.
